Because there is no definitive magisterial teaching on the moral liceity of embryo adoption, Catholics are called to form their opinions through a "well-informed" conscience. What does that mean in a world where human beings can be manufactured and frozen until they are chosen? Is embryonic adoption licit? This debate will explore both sides of this complicated, nuanced issue.

Rev. Tad Pacholczyk, Senior Ethicist at the National Catholic Bioethics Center (author, lecturer, radio and TV commentator as seen on EWTN) and Rev. Ryan McCarthy, a moral theologian and ethicist for the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, will have a public debate on this important issue. Doors open at 6pm. Debate begins at 6:30pm.

Event sponsored by the Pro-Life Ministries of Holy Rosary Catholic Church and St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
